This report was special because Indonesia is included in one of the 61 countries in the world in the survey. However, it stated that Indonesia's ranking dropped from rank 16 to rank 25 in 2014 to rank 41 in 2015. The position of Indonesia is far below the position of neighboring countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and even Thailand. Indonesia's position is also only slightly better than the Philippines. This ranking is calculated by a certain weight by considering three factors: factors of development and investment, attractiveness factors of a country, and the readiness factors of human resources. Each factor is divided into a number of other details.

Indonesian first two factors have relatively equal rank with the previous year. However, for the third factor is the readiness of human resources is the most dominant figure accounts for skilled labor downgrade Indonesia in 2015. In 2014, Indonesia is still ranked 19th for this factor. In 2015, Indonesia ranked workforce readiness ranking plunged into the workforce readiness factor 42. The impact to Indonesia
The results of another survey of the World Bank entitled Ease of Doing Business 2016, released a few months ago a little contradictory. In its report, the ease of doing business in Indonesia increased eleven previous ranking from rank 120 to rank 109th of 189 countries surveyed by the World Bank. Ease business in Indonesia will encourage businessmen from home and abroad to start a business or business expansion possibilities were in Indonesia. On the other hand, if it is linked to the IMD World Talent Report 2015, the author holds that it is a signal that the talented and skilled Indonesian workers are less able to compete well with the citizens of other ASEAN countries, especially Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. Do not let the ease of business that has been championed by the government of Indonesia was more exploited other countries in doing business in Indonesia by bringing skilled workers from his country while citizens of Indonesia can not compete with other foreign nationals.

Surveys on the positive side of Indonesia also expressed by the Legatum Institute The Legatum Prosperity Index in 2015. This is reflected that within the last seven years since 2009, Indonesia increased by 21 rank from rank 85 to rank 64th.

Regardless of the results of a variety of surveys with different details in it, authors and researchers in the field of Financial System Monitoring Center for Financial Policy Fiscal Policy Agency of the view that Indonesia should not feel discouraged or too proud of themselves with the survey results. Indonesia should re-focus on improvements in the country. There is still so much space that can be extracted to be repaired. There are still so many homework for Indonesia in the catch. However, it is not impossible if all parties earnestly working on it, especially in the field of improvement of human resources, so that the ideals of Indonesia stated in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution, one of which is to realize Indonesian society justice and prosperity will be achieved , Another thing that is not less important is the coordination among the parties involved. Coordination is a simple word, but are expensive and difficult to be done in this beloved country.
